Support Packs: One-off consulting engagements with a fixed scope as defined on the product page.

Support Packs are services, not robust software products.

Scope: We agree to help with the specific problem identified during booking/purchase.
Cooperation: You agree to provide necessary information and access (e.g., screen sharing) to allow us to help you.
Outcome: While we aim for success, specific results depend on your cooperation and third-party tools.

You may not redistribute or resell our material. Templates provided during Support Packs are for your personal or internal business use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EM Course is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or business interruption.
